Responsibilities

• Facilitate add-ons like goody bags and balloons per company standards.
• Communicate events with clients and store team members.
• Handle emails, phone calls, and related paperwork as needed.
• Adjust plans based on client feedback and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Support store in-stock, checkout, and customer experience during events.
