• Engage clients of all ages by creating a fun and creative environment.
• Demonstrate and guide craft projects, including face painting.
• Coordinate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons to company standards.
• Assist customers in locating products and provide fast checkout experiences.
• Support omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS) and truck unloading.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety; stock and recovery duties as needed.
