Job summary

KidStrong Henderson is seeking a passionate Childrens Coach to join a fast-growing, energetic team committed to brain, physical and character development for kids from 12 months to 11 years old.

You will coach classes, follow monthly curriculum, engage with parents, ensure safety, maintain clean spaces, and use the KS Coach App to log attendance and progress. Flexible schedules available, with potential for part-time or full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching children in KidStrong age range (12 months to 11 years) preferred.
• Ability to explain curriculum to parents.
• Physiology and exercise knowledge basic.
• CPR certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach classes of 6 to 15 children aged roughly 12 months to 11 years.
• Teach the KidStrong curriculum as provided by HQ programming team.
• Ensure classes start and end on schedule and follow curriculum pace.
• Greet students and parents/guardians before class start.
• Maintain a dynamic, fun, motivational, professional demeanor.
• Demonstrate and manage various exercises with safety in mind.
• Maintain center cleanliness including lobby, bathrooms, floors; manage trash and sanitizing mats.
• Record class data using KS Coach App and share progress with parents.
• Communicate professionally via Slack with teammates.
• Complete HQ training through FranConnect as required.
• Be physically active moving equipment and assisting children.
• Attend monthly center staff meetings and mandatory sessions.
• Learn and manage Coach KidStrong Academy special classes.
