KidStrong Gilbert is hiring a Children’s Coach to engage with parents and kids, delivering brain, physical, and character development from the evolving curriculum. The role emphasizes a dynamic, energetic teaching style and a strong focus on safety and class flow.

Ideal candidates have athletic or coaching experience with kids and can communicate effectively with families during weekday sessions, with potential for flexible hours and weekend work.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching children aged 12 months to 11 years is preferred.
• Ability to explain the KidStrong curriculum to parents clearly.
• Basic knowledge of physiology, exercise techniques, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead classes of 6 to 15 children, ages 12 months to 11 years.
• Deliver the KidStrong curriculum and keep classes on schedule.
• Engage with parents/guardians and maintain a fun, professional demeanor.
• Ensure center cleanliness and safety, including equipment, floors and mats.
• Record class data via the KS Coach’s App and communicate via Slack.
