Job summary

KidStrong Henderson is seeking energetic coaches to lead classes for kids from 15 months to 8 years old, using our brain, physical and character development curriculum. Classes run on weekdays mid-mornings and evenings until 7 pm, with weekend sessions starting at 8 AM and running through mid-afternoon.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age range.
• Experience talking to and educating parents on our curriculum.
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
• CPR certified.
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-starter that just gets the job done.

Responsibilities

• Coach KidStrong classes for ages 15 months to 8 years in weekday and weekend sessions.
• Educate and communicate with parents about the curriculum and progress.
• Deliver engaging, energetic coaching and ensure safety and proper technique.
• Support private class coaching hours to increase scheduled hours.
