KidStrong Kenwood is seeking a passionate Children's Coach to engage with kids aged 12 months to 11 years and their parents. You will lead energetic, curriculum-driven classes, keep sessions on schedule, and maintain a safe, fun environment.

The role offers a flexible schedule with options for part-time or full-time work, training through HQ, and opportunities for advancement. A background in coaching or pediatric activity is preferred, along with strong communication and teamwork.

Qualificações

• Must have passion for working with children.
• Experience coaching kids in the 12 months–11 years age range preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with parents/guardians.

Responsabilidades

• Coach class sizes of 6 to 15 children across age groups 12 months–11 years.
• Teach the KidStrong curriculum provided by HQ.
• Ensure classes start and end on schedule and follow curriculum pace.
• Greet students and parents before class and maintain a dynamic, motivating demeanor.
• Move and set up equipment safely; keep center clean and sanitized.
• Use KS Coach App to record attendance and provide parent updates.
