Job summary

KidStrong Kenwood is hiring a Children's Coach to guide brain, physical, and character development for kids from 12 months to 11 years old. You will engage with families, deliver the in-house curriculum, and create a fun, safe learning environment.

Classes run on weekdays during morning, evening hours, and some weekends; the role offers flexible scheduling with opportunities for additional hours through private coaching.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children is non-negotiable.
• Experience coaching kids 12 months to 11 years is preferred.
• Ability to speak to parents about the curriculum and its benefits.
• Knowledge of physiology, exercise techniques, and body mechanics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coach classes of 6 to 15 children aged 12 months to 11 years.
• Teach the KidStrong curriculum provided by HQ.
• Ensure classes start and end on schedule and follow curriculum pace.
• Greet students and parents at class start; maintain a positive, professional demeanor.
