KidStrong Mason is hiring a dedicated Childrens Coach to engage with kids aged 12 months to 11 years and their parents. You will lead classes, deliver the curriculum, and maintain a safe, energetic environment that supports physical, brain, and character development.

Responsibilities include scheduling alignment, class pacing, and hands-on coaching. Prior pediatric coaching is a plus; CPR certification is required. This role offers flexible hours with opportunities for advancement.

Formación

• Passion for working with children is non-negotiable.
• Prior coaching experience with KidStrong age range preferred.
• CPR certification required or in process.

Responsabilidades

• Coach classes of 6–15 children aged 12 months to 11 years.
• Teach the KidStrong curriculum as provided by HQ.
• Ensure classes start and end on schedule and maintain a fun, safe environment.
• Engage with parents/guardians to explain the curriculum and benefits.
