Job summary

Onelife Fitness is seeking a Kids’ Club Associate in Birmingham, AL to create a safe, clean, and fun space for children while parents relax. You will greet families, lead activities, and supervise play, ensuring safety and comfort.

The role requires friendly communication, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. It offers a range of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, with benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or be at least 16 years old and a good student
• 6+ months of childcare/babysitting experience preferred
• CPR/AED certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet families and manage check-in, drop-off, and pick-up
• Engage kids with games and supervise free play
• Respond to children's needs with care
• Keep space clean and safe—sanitize toys and follow safety procedures
• Label belongings and handle simple paperwork
• Communicate with parents and escalate issues to a manager
• Attend required meetings/trainings and support club programs
• Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings and weekends
