Onelife Fitness in Ashburn, VA is seeking a Kids’ Club Associate to create a safe, clean, and fun space for children while parents relax. You’ll greet families, oversee check-in, lead age-appropriate activities, and ensure smooth daily operations.

The role emphasizes safety, sanitation, and clear communication with parents. You’ll participate in meetings/trainings, support club programs, and work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or at least 16 years old and a current high-school student in good standing)
• 6+ months of childcare/babysitting experience preferred
• CPR/AED (infant/child/adult) certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet families and handle check-in, drop-off, and pick-up per club standards
• Engage kids with games, crafts, and activities; supervise free play
• Respond to each child’s physical and emotional needs with care
• Keep the space spotless and safe—sanitize toys/equipment and follow safety procedures
• Label belongings, track parent info, and complete simple paperwork
• Communicate with parents; elevate questions/concerns to a manager as needed
• Let parents/manager know if a child needs attention beyond Kids’ Club capacity
• Attend required meetings/trainings and support club programs and emergencies
• Work a flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends)
