Job summary

Onelife Fitness Burke location is seeking a dedicated Kids' Club Associate to create a safe, clean, and fun space for children while families enjoy the club.

You will greet families, lead age-appropriate activities, and maintain safety and organization. A friendly, reliable attitude with basic childcare knowledge helps you thrive in a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of childcare/babysitting experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED or at least 16 years old.
• CPR/AED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet families and handle check-in, drop-off, and pick-up per club standards.
• Engage kids with games, crafts, and activities; supervise free play.
• Respond to each child's physical and emotional needs with care.
• Keep the space spotless and safe—sanitize toys/equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Label belongings, track parent info, and complete simple paperwork.
• Communicate with parents; elevate questions/concerns to a manager as needed.
• Let parents/manager know if a child needs attention beyond Kids' Club capacity.
• Attend required meetings/trainings and support club programs and emergencies.
• Work a flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends).
