Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Kids Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and promote engaging, safe activities for children in the club. You will develop staff, drive program quality, and work to meet revenue goals while ensuring excellent member experiences.

The role includes budgeting, event execution, and collaboration with sales to grow Kids memberships across the club and community.

Qualifications

• Requires 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Must have experience handling department financials in a profit & loss setting.
• First Aid and CPR/AED certifications due within 60 days of hire.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with families and members.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation and promotion of Kids activities within the club.
• Manage budget, oversee revenue and assist with planning the department budget.
• Hire, train and coach Assistant(s) and Supervisor(s).
• Collaborate with membership sales to grow Kids memberships.
• Market and promote Kids programs to boost participation.
