EXOS in Rochester, NY seeks a compassionate Kids Care Coordinator to lead our childcare program on-site. You will supervise staff, build strong relationships with children and families, and ensure a safe, engaging environment.

You must have CPR/AED and First Aid, plus leadership experience and strong communication skills. EXOS offers health insurance, life and disability benefits, a 401(k) plan and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service and childcare experience required.
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Build meaningful relationships with children and their families.
• Ensure a safe, clean, welcoming atmosphere for all children.
• Design and implement age-appropriate learning and educational activities.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff.
• Schedule staff shifts and approve payroll and time-off requests.
• Monitor program performance and participate in departmental meetings.
• Promote a sense of community among fitness facility members.
