Job summary

Exos Partners, LLC in Rochester, NY is seeking a compassionate Kids Care Coordinator to oversee our childcare programs, ensuring a safe, engaging environment for members.

You will lead Kids Care staff, build strong relationships with children and families, design age-appropriate activities, and ensure smooth operations, scheduling, and payroll.

Qualifications include customer service and childcare experience, CPR/AED and First Aid, leadership experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Prior childcare experience required.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification required (infant, child & adult).
• At least 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with children and their families.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming atmosphere for all children in the program.
• Design and implement age-appropriate learning and educational activities.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring adherence to department standards and expectations.
• Schedule staff shifts and approve payroll and time-off requests, ensuring alignment with budgeted hours.
• Monitor program performance, implement improvements, and attend departmental meetings as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to build a strong, cohesive, and effective team environment.
• Build strong relationships with fitness facility members, promoting a sense of community and trust.
