EXOS Community Services, LLC in Rochester seeks a compassionate Kids Care Coordinator to oversee childcare programs and lead staff. You will foster strong relationships with children and families, ensuring a safe, engaging environment.

You will recruit, train, and supervise staff, coordinate shifts, and monitor program performance, maintaining a professional, welcoming atmosphere for members and their families. CPR/First Aid certification is required.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service and childcare experience required.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification required (infant, child & adult).
• At least 6 months of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine enthusiasm and passion for working with children.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Design and implement age-appropriate learning activities.

• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring adherence to department standards and expectations.
• Collaborate with team members to build a strong, cohesive, and effective team environment.
• Schedule staff shifts and approve payroll and time-off requests, ensuring alignment with budgeted hours.
• Monitor program performance, implement improvements, and attend departmental meetings as necessary.
• Build strong relationships with fitness facility members, promoting a sense of community and trust.
