Job summary

Exos Partners, LLC is seeking a compassionate Kids Care Coordinator to lead childcare programs in Minneapolis. The role focuses on safe, engaging activities, relationship-building with children and families, and efficient program operations.

Candidate should have childcare and customer service experience, a leadership background, and CPR/AED and First Aid certifications. This is a part-time role with opportunities to develop a strong, cohesive team and contribute to a family-friendly facility.

Qualifications

Prior customer service and childcare experience required.
At least 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience.
Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
CPR/AED and First Aid certification required (infant, child & adult).

Responsibilities

Build meaningful and memorable relationships with children and families.
Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming atmosphere for all children in the program.
Design and implement age-appropriate learning and educational activities.
Lead and supervise staff, recruit and train as needed, and ensure department standards.
Schedule staff shifts and approve payroll/time-off requests within budgeted hours.
Monitor program performance and attend departmental meetings as necessary.
Promote community and trust among fitness facility members.
