Job summary

Wyoming Child and Family Development, Inc. is seeking a Bus Driver to transport children and families safely to and from the center. The role requires a valid Wyoming driver’s license, liability insurance, and the ability to maintain records and perform pre-trip inspections.

Must be 21+, willing to obtain a Class C CDL with S and P endorsements, and complete required trainings within 90 days. Prior driving experience with children is preferred, and random drug testing applies.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with a valid Wyoming driver’s license and liability insurance.
• Reliable, organized, and detail oriented.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Center Director for daily transportation needs.
• Transport children and families safely to and from the center.
• Follow traffic laws and perform pre-trip inspections.
• Return passengers safely to home or bus stops.
• Maintain bus and related paperwork (logbooks, maintenance records).
• Provide emergency care as appropriate and ensure safety of riders.
