Job summary

Children of America, Inc. is seeking a Bus Driver to safely transport children between educational programs and to support our commitment to safe, nurturing environments for ages 6 weeks to 12 years.

You will perform daily vehicle safety checks and follow COA safety procedures under direction from the School Director. The role requires a CDL D with S Endorsement, a clean driving record, and a 21+ age minimum.

Qualifications

• CDL D license with S Endorsement and a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of state and local transportation regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible with hours and schedule.
• Experience in a licensed childcare facility preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport children in a bus or van between educational programs.
• Perform daily vehicle safety checks and ensure vehicle functionality.
• Implement company safety procedures with guidance from the School Director.
• Exhibit care, compassion, and patience with children.
• Provide a nurturing and safe transportation experience.
• Represent COA positively with children, families, and staff.
