Job summary

Centro de la Familia in Utah is seeking a Bus Driver to safely transport children and families to program activities, homes, and field trips under the supervision of the Lead Bus Driver.

Responsibilities include following routes, loading and unloading children, maintaining a clean vehicle, conducting safety checks, and participating in annual training with a State Certified School Bus Instructor. A High school diploma or GED and a CDL with School Bus and Passenger endorsement are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• CDL with School Bus and Passenger endorsement is required.
• CPR and First Aid Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a school bus following assigned routes and schedules.
• Safely load and unload children; ensure proper restraints.
• Assist Bus Aide with student safety and well-being.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic fluid checks.
• Participate in annual reviews and behind-the-wheel training.
