Role’s Mission:

The Kids Associate Minister - Fort Worth Campus partners with the Kids Minister - Fort Worth Campus to be a Recruiter, Shepherd, Implementer, and Collaborator of the Next Generation Kids Ministry Nursery program.

Role’s Relationship:

This position reports directly to the Kids Minister - Fort Worth Campus.

Role Details:

Qualifications Role’s Requirements:

Character

• Must be a maturing believer who is obviously, consistently, and increasingly manifesting the fruit of the Spirit in their daily walk with Christ (Galatians 5:22-23)
• Must be living an “above reproach” lifestyle as outlined in the Christ Chapel Employee Handbook
• Must be a faithful steward of work and time, with awareness that Christ Chapel employees are paid from the tithes and offerings of others

Calling

• Must be committed to and supportive of the authority of the Elders, the pastoral staff, and the philosophy and direction of the church both in public and in private
• Must be able to articulate a specific and clear calling to ministry with children

Competency

• If a believer receives only one gift (1 Pet 4:10), then the ideal candidate has the spiritual gift of administration (Rom 12; 1 Cor 12;Eph4; 1 Pet 4)
• Must be flexible and adaptable and exhibit a good attitude when issues or changes arise
• Must have the ability to multitask
