Life Time, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Academy/Child Center Lead to oversee safety, engagement and operations, delivering exceptional service to Members and Team Members. You will partner with the Kids Manager to ensure top experiences for junior members during activities, events, and programming.

Qualifications include 2 years in children's programs, 2 years in daycare leadership, and supervisory experience. Certifications like First Aid/CPR and Kids On-Demand are required within set timelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years teaching or working in a children’s program.
• 2 years of daycare experience as a lead teacher or two summers of camp with increased responsibility.
• 2 years of supervisory/management experience.
• First Aid/CPR certifications required within 60 days of hire.
• Kids On-Demand Certifications required before first day of work.

Responsabilités

• Provides exceptional customer service in a safe, clean environment for Members and Guests.
• Promotes events/programming with Kids Manager to drive participation and revenue.
• Manages Academy/Child Center payroll within budget and advises Kids Manager.
• Mentors and coaches Kids team members through training and feedback.
• Completes casting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of kids team members.
• Manages inventory and supplies for Academy/Child Center and Events.
