Job summary

Life Time, Inc. Ardmore is seeking a Kids Academy Lead to oversee safety, engagement, and operations for the Academy/Child Center. You will deliver top-tier customer service and partner with the Kids Manager to ensure exceptional experiences for junior members during programming and events.

You will supervise and train Kids team members, handle hiring/onboarding, and manage inventory and supplies for the center and events. First Aid/CPR certifications are required within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years of experience teaching or working in a children’s program.
• 2 years of supervisory/management experience.
• First Aid certification, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service and a safe, clean, and friendly environment for Members and Guests.
• Promotes and assists Kids Manager in events/programming and drives participation and revenue.
• Manages the Academy/Child Center payroll within budgetary guidelines and advises the Kids Manager.
• Supports Kids team members with ongoing training, feedback, and coaching.
• Handles casting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of kids team members.
• Manages inventory and assists in ordering supplies and equipment for the Academy/Child Center and events.
