Job summary

Life Time, Inc. seeks a dedicated leader to oversee the Academy/Child Center, ensuring safety, engagement and top-tier service for Members and Team Members.

You will partner with the Kids Manager to deliver strong programming, events and junior member experiences, while guiding payroll and team development. You will oversee hiring, onboarding, training and supervision of kids team members, ensuring adherence to certifications and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years of experience teaching or working in a children's program.
• 2 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Complete Kids On-Demand Certifications before first day.
• First Aid/Infant-Child-Adult CPR-AED within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service in a safe, clean environment.
• Supports events/programming and drives participation and revenue.
• Manages Academy/Child Center payroll within budget guidelines.
• Supports Kids team with training, feedback and coaching.
• Completes casting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding of kids team members.
• Manages inventory and orders supplies for the Academy/Child Center and events.
