Life Time Inc. is seeking a Kids Instructor to provide educational and fitness-minded programming for children from infancy to pre-teen. You will organize, instruct and ensure a safe, fun environment, coordinating activities, parties, and events as needed.

The role emphasizes creating engaging experiences, maintaining attendance and development records, and delivering high-quality activities aligned with the Kids Academy schedule. A strong emphasis on safety and parent communication is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to engage children 3 months to 11 years in activities.
• Strong communication with parents and team members.
• Good customer service and classroom management skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with members and guests professionally.
• Instruct and organize activities per Kids Academy Schedule.
• Prepare, set up and transfer children for programming.
