Job summary

Children Making Strides is seeking enthusiastic ABA Therapists/Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA therapy to children aged 2–9 in home, daycare, and center-based settings. You will provide therapy, craft engaging activities, and draft progress reports for senior professionals.

The role supports growth through dynamic training, supervision from licensed clinicians, and a sign-on bonus of $500 after 90 days. A compassionate, patient, and creative mindset is essential to help children succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related field (or related ABA experience with young children) preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license, registered vehicle and active car insurance.
• Positive, patient, and creative individuals with empathy and dedication.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services to children at their homes or in our clinic, drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.
• Help children build vital life skills surrounding communication and socialization needs.
• Work alongside a passionate team to create best outcomes and impacts.
