Job summary

Children Making Strides is seeking enthusiastic ABA Therapists/Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy for children aged 2–9. You’ll deliver evidence-based therapy, draft progress reports for senior clinicians, and support families with strategies for communication and social skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associates degree in a related field preferred but not required.
• Related ABA experience with young children is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license, registered vehicle and active car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services to children at their homes or in our clinic, drafting reports to relay progress to senior health professionals.
• Help children build vital life skills surrounding communication and socialization needs.
• Work alongside like-minded individuals to create best outcomes and impacts.
• Create engaging and fun learning experiences.
• Foster a supportive and caring environment.
