Job summary

Children Making Strides is seeking enthusiastic ABA Therapists/Behavior Technicians to provide ABA services to children with autism aged 2-9 in home, daycare, and center-based settings. You will create engaging learning experiences, document progress, and work with senior health professionals to tailor interventions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field (or related ABA experience) preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license, a registered vehicle and active car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services to children at homes, daycare, or clinic and draft progress reports for senior health professionals.
• Help children build communication and socialization skills.
• Collaborate with team to achieve best outcomes for each child.
• Create engaging and fun learning experiences for children.
• Foster a supportive and caring environment for clients.
• Aim to bring smiles and measurable progress to young faces.

Education

Bachelor's or Associates degree in a related field (or related experience with ABA and/or young children)
