The Greater Philadelphia YMCA is seeking a Kid Zone Team Member to support children and members, creating a safe, engaging environment. You will help children reach their potential and participate in age-appropriate activities that align with our mission.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience and comfort working in child care — not necessarily professional.

• Maintain a fun, safe, and clean environment for children to play and learn.
• Engage with children to maximize their experience.
• Vigilantly monitor the children and their environment.
• Prevent risk, bullying, and misbehavior.

What is needed for this job as our Kid Zone Team Member:

• 18+ years of age


• Have experience and comfort working in child care - does not have to be professional


• Have a willingness and desire to live out the mission of the Y


• Are able to perform life saving skills in First Aid/CPR/AED/Emergency Oxygen (training provided)
