Job summary

Liberty Public Schools is seeking a Site Supervisor for the Kid's Zone before & after school childcare program in Liberty, MO. This full-time, 12-month role oversees day-to-day operations for Kindergarten through 5th grade, organizing age-appropriate activities and supervising on-site staff.

The position requires lead childcare experience, at least 60 college credits in Early Childhood Education or related field, and background check clearance.

Qualifications

• Two or more years' experience in a lead childcare worker role preferred.
• Minimum of 60 college credits in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes and manages the day to day operations of the Kid's Zone program site.
• Maintains program areas and adheres to program standards for equipment, storage, safety and cleanliness.
• Interacts with students, parents and staff regarding program information.
• Responsible for safe delivery of students from/to parents or designee.
• Leads on-site staff meetings, training and events and relays district information.
