Job summary

Liberty Public Schools is seeking a Site Manager - School Age Care (Float) to oversee the Kid's Zone program at an assigned Liberty school. The role is full-time for 10 months and involves day-to-day supervision of staff and activities for Kindergarten through 5th grade.

Responsibilities include planning age-appropriate activities, ensuring safety and program standards, coordinating on-site staff meetings, training, and communication with parents and district personnel.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in a lead childcare worker role preferred.
• 60 college credits in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred; Degree/Certification in progress.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes and manages the day to day operations of the Kid's Zone program site.
• Maintains program areas and adheres to equipment, storage, safety and cleanliness standards.
• Interacts with students, parents and staff regarding activities and information.
• Responsible for safe delivery of students from/to parents or guardians.
• Leads on-site staff meetings, training and special events.
