Job summary

Best Fitness is seeking a part-time Kids Club Associate to provide high-quality childcare for members, enabling their fitness routines with peace of mind.

You will greet families, manage check-ins, maintain a safe environment, and communicate effectively with parents about their child’s experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children preferred.
• Friendly, energetic, and patient demeanor with a genuine passion for interacting with kids.
• Reliable and punctual with excellent communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of child development and safety protocols.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Current CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire).
• Current Infant CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Check children in and out using our club management system.
• Create a clean, organized, and safe environment within the Kids Club area.

Best Fitness is currently seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team as Kids Club Associates. In this role, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality childcare services to our members, allowing them to focus on their fitness routines with peace of mind. As a Kids Club team member, you’ll create a fun and interactive environment for children, ensuring their safety and well-being while their parents’ exercise.

Responsibilities
