Job summary

Best Fitness in Danvers, MA is seeking energetic Kids Club Associates to provide safe, engaging childcare for our members while they work out.

You will greet families, check children in/out, and maintain a clean, safe Kids Club space. Prior childcare experience and reliable, friendly communication are valued; CPR/First Aid certification is preferred or obtainable within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Previous childcare experience preferred.
• Friendly, energetic, and patient demeanor with a genuine passion for interacting with kids.
• Reliable and punctual with excellent communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of child development and safety protocols.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Position Overview

Best Fitness is currently seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team as Kids Club Associates. In this role, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality childcare services to our members, allowing them to focus on their fitness routines with peace of mind. As a Kids Club team member, you'll create a fun and interactive environment for children, ensuring their safety and well-being while their parents' exercise.
