Pay and Benefits

Hourly rate: $17.75 – $18.75.

Commission potential (Exempt): $0.50 – $10.00 per Membership sold and $0.15 – $3.00 per Fun Pass sold. (Non‑Exempt): $2.00 – $8.00 per Membership sold and $0.60 – $2.40 per Fun Pass sold. Payouts are bi‑weekly unless required otherwise by state law.

Essential Job Functions and Work Environment

• Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0–50 pounds during scheduled shift.
• Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shift.

• Work environment may include flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises.
