Expedient is hiring an entry-level IT Support Associate in Phoenix, AZ. The role offers fully paid on-the-job training including industry certs and hands-on experience with virtualization, networking, Windows, Linux/Unix, and data center infrastructure.

It is an on-site position within the Operations Support Center, with a clear path to learning and promotion. The role emphasizes professional development and training, including certification support such as CompTIA A+/Network+.

Formación

• Industry certifications preferred (CCNA, CompTIA A+, Network+).
• Strong interest in IT and evidence of IT experience.
• Associate degree or technical equivalent work experience.
• Customer service experience and professional demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; fast learning ability.
• Ability to prioritize multiple time-sensitive tasks and adapt quickly.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment screens.

Responsabilidades

• Handle Tier 1 tickets and daily shift tasks, audits, and remote hands requests.
• Enforce access control criteria and security protocols inside the data center.
• Follow shipping/receiving procedures for secure transport of materials.
• Answer front desk phones and perform security checks.
• Prioritize and log client and employee requests via phone, email, or in person.
• Document requests and actions in the ticketing system for future reference.
