Job summary

UFC GYM Fairfax is looking for motivated fitness professionals to empower individuals through training and wellness. Responsibilities include leading private sessions and group classes, ensuring a vibrant training environment, and embodying the UFC 'Train Different' philosophy.

Candidates should bring expertise in personal training, group fitness, and possess relevant certifications. We offer competitive pay, flexible schedules, and a supportive community.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Private Training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Experience leading dynamic group fitness or technique classes preferred.
• Must have certification and/or Pro/Amateur fight background.
• Minimum Purple belt or higher for BJJ coach applicant.

Responsibilities

• Focus on changing lives through Service, Science, and Sales.
• Be a brand ambassador for UFC Gym and its philosophy.
• Conduct safe and effective private and group training sessions.
• Assist in all revenue generating activities, including workouts and events.

Responsibilities

• Focus on changing lives through Service, Science and Sales.

• Bring T.R.A.I.N (Timely, Ready, Aware, Inspiring, Noble) to life.
• Conduct safe and effective private Kickboxing/Muay/Thai/MMA/BJJ training sessions.
• Conduct safe and effective Kickboxing/Muay Thai/MMA/BJJ group fitness classes.
• Maintain the organization and neat presentation of the fitness floor and training spaces at all times.
• Assist in all revenue generating activities, including but not limited to: complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body fat tables, seminars, workshops, etc.

Qualifications

• In depth knowledge of Private Training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Experience leading dynamic group fitness or technique classes preferred.
• Communicates clearly and concisely.
• Certification and/or Pro/Amateur fight background.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Minimum of Purple belt or higher for BJJ coach applicant. Grappling tournament record (preferred)
