Job summary

UFC GYM in Oxnard, CA is seeking a dynamic Private Trainer to empower clients through MMA-focused fitness. You will design individualized training plans, conduct safe sessions, and uphold UFC GYM's Train Different philosophy.

The role emphasizes developing client relationships, maintaining a clean training floor, and contributing to revenue-building activities such as seminars and product booths. A relevant certification or Pro-Am fight background is preferred, with strong communication skills

Qualifications

• Experience with private training from assessment to program design.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Certification and/or pro-am fight background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safe and effective private MMA training sessions.
• Maintain clean and organized training spaces.
• Assist in revenue-generating activities such as seminars and workshops.
• Be a brand ambassador and promote UFC GYM's Train Different philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Focus on changing lives through Service, Science and Sales.
• Be a brand ambassador of UFC Gym and its “Train Different” philosophy.
• Bring T.R.A.I.N (Timely, Ready, Aware, Inspiring, Noble) to life.
• Conduct safe and effective private MMA training sessions.
• Maintain the organization and neat presentation of the fitness floor and training spaces at all times.
• Assist in all revenue generating activities, including but not limited to: complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body fat tables, seminars, workshops, etc.

Qualifications

• In depth knowledge of Private Training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Communicates clearly and concisely.
• Certification and/or Pro-Am fight background.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
