Job summary

UFC GYM Reston is looking for a dedicated fitness professional to conduct private MMA training sessions. You'll be part of a lively and supportive community, helping clients transform their fitness journeys.

The ideal candidate should possess strong private training techniques, be a brand ambassador for UFC Gym’s 'Train Different' ethos, and maintain a high standard of training spaces. We offer competitive salaries along with exciting perks and a flexible schedule to match.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Private Training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Certification and/or Pro-Am fight background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Focus on changing lives through Service, Science and Sales.
• Be a brand ambassador of UFC Gym and its 'Train Different' philosophy.
• Conduct safe and effective private MMA training sessions.
• Maintain organization and neat presentation of training spaces.
• Assist in all revenue-generating activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all revenue generating activities, including but not limited to: complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body fat tables, seminars, workshops, etc.
