• Ensure the kitchen and lobby area are clean and organized.
• Maintain food safety standards and stocking levels.
• Provide courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 attitude.
• Answer guest questions about the hotel, area, and events.
• Support the guest experience with professional, welcoming service.
