Drury Plaza Hotel in Milwaukee, part of Drury Hotels Company, LLC, is hiring to join a team delivering exceptional hospitality and guest experiences. The role focuses on maintaining a welcoming lobby and kitchen area, and ensuring food safety and clean, organized spaces.

We seek friendly, energetic communicators who can work in a fast-paced hotel environment and contribute to a positive guest experience with a +1 Service attitude. Hiring immediately.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly service in hospitality.
• Ability to handle guest inquiries with courtesy.
• Strong English communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Make our complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback “happy hour” for our guests. (Assists in food preparation and clean-up as needed)
• Ensure exceptional experiences for diverse team members and guests.
• Oversee the 5:30 Kickback for guests and maintain area cleanliness and organization.
• Maintain kitchen and lobby areas to high standards of cleanliness and order.
• Ensure food safety standards are met and supplies are stocked at appropriate levels.
• Present a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture to customers and co-workers.

What you will do:

• Make our complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback “happy hour” … well, happy for our guests.

• Answer guest’s questions using your knowledge of the hotel, area, and events.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly, guest service with a +1 Service attitude.
