Job summary

Holman Enterprises in Wendell, NC is seeking a Technician Team Lead to supervise and mentor technicians in the workshop, ensuring quality control and efficient operations. You will coordinate with regional specialists, support onboarding and career development, and serve as a liaison among service teams and clients while maintaining adherence to warranty policies.

Qualifications

• Must be Master Certified.
• Experienced in service principles, concepts and service department operations.
• Reviewing and improving processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor and assist with the development of technicians in the workshop.
• Partner with regional TDA & Diagnostic Specialist to assist with onboarding and career development for technicians.
• Serve as a liaison between the Service Manager, Diagnostic Specialist, Service Advisors, Parts personnel, Technicians, Warranty Administration and clients.
• Maintain close contact with Shop Foreman to support personnel.
• Ensure quality control inspections and road tests are completed as applicable post repairs.
• Ensure adhesion to warranty policies and procedures.
• Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
• Assign jobs according to technician/team skillset and workload requirements.
• Manage team goals, metrics, KPI's, work volume.
• Effectively coach, give performance feedback and provide development opportunities within own area of responsibility or department.
• Assist with employee evaluations and goal setting.

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $85k-$100k USD per year.
