Lithia & Driveway in Frisco, TX is seeking an experienced Internal/Used Car Technician to join our Service Team. This onsite role focuses on inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and reconditioning pre-owned vehicles to frontline readiness.

You will work with ASE-certified processes, use scan tools and service information, and collaborate with Service, Parts, and Used Car teams. Requirements include 3+ years in automotive tech on multiple makes/models and dealership or independent repair

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive technician experience.
• Experience working on multiple makes and models.
• Dealership or independent repair experience.
• ASE Certifications.

Responsabilités

• Inspect and recondition used vehicle inventory.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, drivability, brake, suspension, steering, and HVAC concerns.
• Complete maintenance and repairs needed for frontline readiness.
• Identify and document recommended repairs.
• Perform quality and safety inspections.
• Meet internal production and turnaround expectations.
• Use scan tools and electronic service information.
• Partner with Service, Parts, and Used Car teams to keep vehicles moving.
• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation.
