Steven Kia, part of the Steven Automotive Group in Virginia, is seeking an Assistant Parts Manager to lead the Parts Department alongside the Parts Manager. You will help ensure technicians and customers receive parts quickly and accurately while maintaining inventory levels and supporting wholesale and retail operations.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership parts experience required.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts, inventory control, and dealership operations.
• Experience with dealership management systems and manufacturer parts catalogs preferred.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations of the Parts Department.
• Support inventory management, stocking, ordering, and returns.
• Assist technicians, Service Advisors, and retail customers with parts requests.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor levels.
• Help manage wholesale and retail parts sales.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and stocking incoming inventory.
• Support the Parts Manager in meeting departmental goals and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient Parts Department.
