Steven Kia is seeking a skilled Kia Master Technician to join a brand-new service facility in Harrisonburg, VA. You will perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance to Kia vehicles, following manufacturer specifications and maintaining high workmanship standards.

The role offers a competitive flat-rate pay plus a time-and-one-half production bonus on qualifying production, with earning potential based on experience and performance.

Qualifications

• Kia Master Technician certification preferred/required depending on position.
• Strong diagnostic and repair experience across Kia vehicles.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
• Perform advanced diagnostics using manufacturer equipment.
• Complete repairs per Kia specifications and document findings.
• Communicate repair findings with Service Advisors.
