We are seeking a construction foreman capable of managing teams and working collaboratively. Candidates should have a construction background with familiarity in electrical work, structural steelwork, and blueprint reading.

Job Purpose

KHI Construction Foremen play a crucial role by representing the company on-site, managing workers, subcontractors, material deliveries, and ensuring project schedules are met. They lead small teams on projects ranging from equipment installation to complete operating room renovations. Foremen must plan, communicate, execute, and debrief effectively. They also serve as the company's face to clients, handling administrative tasks and communications to build trust and foster repeat business.

• Experience and knowledge of the construction industry

Qualifications

• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and low-voltage systems

• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed (nationwide)
• Physical ability to work in confined spaces, crouched or kneeling positions, and lift up to 70 pounds
