KBP Foods, a KBP Brands franchise partner, is seeking a Shift Manager at one of its bustling New York locations. You will lead a dedicated team, uphold excellent customer service, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced setting.

Eligibililty includes 18+, at least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail, and flexible hours including nights and weekends. Eligible associates receive paid training, benefits, PTO, education supports, and career growth opportunities

What You Bring To The Table

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Compensation

Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law and will be discussed during the hiring process. The expected starting compensation ranges for new hires in this position is $17.00 per hour - $18.50 per hour
