KBP Foods, a part of KBP Brands, is hiring a Shift Manager at a KFC franchise in the New York area. You will lead a dedicated team, ensure fast, friendly service, and uphold brand standards to delight guests during busy shifts.

As a key supervisor, you’ll train teammates, manage opening and closing routines, handle guest needs, and support store performance with a focus on safety and efficiency. Growth opportunities exist into Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager roles.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift heavy objects, stand for long shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

What You Bring To The Table

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Compensation

Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law and will be discussed during the hiring process. The expected starting compensation ranges for new hires in this position is $17.00 per hour - $18.50 per hour
