KBP Foods, a part of KBP Brands, is hiring a Shift Manager in Des Plaines, IL to lead a team and ensure top-notch service at a busy KFC location.

You will oversee daily operations, train staff, and uphold safety and quality standards while driving guest satisfaction and sales. Growth opportunities from team lead to store management are available within KBP Brands.

Formación

What You Bring To The Table

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Compensation

Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law and will be discussed during the hiring process. The expected starting compensation ranges for new hires in this position is $16.50 per hour - $18.00 per hour
