KBP Brands’ KBP Foods KFC franchise in Auburn, NY is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a dedicated team and deliver exceptional customer service at a busy location. You will uphold operational excellence and help sustain the iconic KFC guest experience.

What You Bring To The Table

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Compensation

Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law and will be discussed during the hiring process. The expected starting compensation ranges for new hires in this position is $17.00 per hour - $18.50 per hour
