Job summary

KBP Brands is seeking a Shift Manager for a busy KFC franchise location in New York, Town of Herkimer. You will lead a team, ensure excellent customer service, and uphold brand standards to drive daily operations.

We provide paid training, meals, benefits, PTO, and opportunities to advance to Assistant Manager or Restaurant Manager as you grow with KBP Brands.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects and operate restaurant equipment.

What You Bring To The Table

• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Compensation

Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law and will be discussed during the hiring process. The expected starting compensation ranges for new hires in this position is $17.00 per hour - $18.50 per hour
