Bonus Program: As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be eligible to participate in a Bonus Program, paid out periodically based on restaurant performance.

A Day in the Life of a Restaurant General Manager

• Control profitability by managing cash control/security procedures, inventory, labor, financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant GMs.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence.
• Complete inventory counts bi-weekly.
• Ensure cleanliness and exceptional guest experience with friendly service and quality products.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, including Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Managers must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects, stand and walk constantly, and operate restaurant equipment safely.
